Harina Somasundaram and Allyssa Reburiano's Tropical Rainforest Central!!!
Conservation
More research and conservation help to protect the tropical rainforest. Rather than cutting forests, people participate in ecotourism, which saves the biome as well as boosts the local economy. Also wildlife conservationists try to assist the biotic parts of the rainforest by creating projected areas and rehabilitation centers. Also, economic functions, such as the sustainable forestry economy help to prevent the disappearance of rainforests. Plus, the addition of preservation parks keeps the rainforest protected to an extent. This biome should be protected not only because of its diverse plant and animal life, but also because they absorb and emit equal amounts of carbon dioxide to have impact on atmospheric carbon dioxide levels, which in turn, affect the amount of oxygen and carbon dioxide production in our world today.
